State Senator John A. DeFrancisco joined various state leaders in Albany on December 19, 2012, to help award a $93.8 Million Regional Economic Development Council Award to Central New York representatives. He is standing on stage in between Syracuse University Chancellor Nancy Cantor and CenterState CEO President Robert Simpson.
