New York State Senator John A. DeFrancisco cut the ribbon for the start of the 2012 Great New York State Fair on August 23rd.  He is pictured in between NYS Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture Darrel Aubertine and NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo.
