Senator DeFrancisco Presents Children with Summer Reading Program Certificates

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco handed out certificates to several children at Hazard Library in Syracuse, who successfully completed the New York State Senate Summer Reading Program.  The Senator also read an anti-bullying book to the group of children.
