Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak at the grand opening ceremony for Banzai Sushi and Cocktail Bar. The business recently opened in the South Wedge. Banzai cuisine is a casual restaurant and bar that serves sushi and Dim sum, done our way. The sushi chefs have a combine 30+ years experience to roll and slice you some of the best sushi, your taste buds will thank you. Banzai also has a full service bar with an emphasis on craft cocktails with whole, fresh ingredients, and we have crafted sake cocktails as well.
