Recently, I had the opportunity to speak at, and take part in the ground breaking ceremony at, an event to mark the beginning of the Erie Harbor Enhancement Project. This project includes the replacement of River Park Commons with the 131-unit Erie Harbor Apartments, which are almost completed, and improvements along Mount Hope Avenue.
