On Thursday, July 12th, I had the privilege to speak at, and take part in, the ribbon cutting ceremony for Paul Wolk Commons. The mixed-use community facility combines affordable housing units with a mental health treatment apartment program. Paul Wolk Commons are located at 435 State Street.
