Geneva- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended a benefit in honor of Geneva Firefighter Matt Foe, who tragically just lost his battle with brain cancer. Matt spent the last year of his life working with Senator Nozzolio to help raise awareness of the inequity in insurance coverage for volunteer firefighters. Senator Nozzolio is the sponsor of legislation (S.4004-A) which provides the same workmen's compensation benefits to all firefighters - paid and unpaid.
