Webster-  Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended Tom Nespeca’s surprise 60^th birthday party where he presented a special New York State Resolution that he drafted and enacted into law to honor Tom for his dedicated service to the Webster community. Tom is currently serving as President of the New York State School Boards Association.
