State Senator Patty Ritchie joined members of the public and healthcare officials Thursday, at an open house for the new Fulton Medical Center on Fourth St. in Fulton. 

The new, state-of-the-art center is the result of Oswego Health’s major renovation of the former A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital.
