On October 22, 2013, I testified before the New York City Council Council Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises regarding the Department of City Planning's proposed East Midtown Rezoning. I am the State Senator representing approximately two thirds of the East Midtown Rezoning area and State Senator Liz Krueger represents the other third.
