State Senator Hugh T. The Red Cross personnel were on hand at Saratoga County's Guardian House to hear Senator Farley and Assemblyman Jim Tedisco unveil legislation that would create a voluntary tax check-off for New Yorkers to contribute to programs and services for veterans.
