State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of presenting a New York State Senate Citation to the 1st National Bank of Scotia for its 90th Anniversary on November 22nd at its Customer Appreciation Day. The Senator presented the Citation to Bank President John Buhrmaster at the bank’s Main Office on Mohawk Avenue in Scotia.
