State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R - Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting Milton Terrace South Elementary School's Student Council and their advisors Carol Mitchell and Megan LaRowe on April 29th when they came to the Capitol for a tour. The students are part of the Ballston Spa Central School District.
