State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting Boulevard Elementary School’s  fifth grade students and Principal Thomas Komp on May 23^rd when they came to Albany for a tour of the Capitol. Boulevard is part of the Gloversville Enlarged School District in Fulton County.
