State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting Florizabeth Esquivel of Schenectady on March 6th at the Legislative Office Building in Albany. She was honored as a "Student of the Year" by the Association for Continuing/Community Education.
