Members of the New York State Association of Town Superintendents of Highways and New York State County Highway Superintendents Association were in Albany on March 6th to discuss their concerns with State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) for increased funding for bridge and road construction projects. Several road workers hailed from Hamilton, Herkimer and Saratoga Counties.
