State Senator John A. DeFrancisco joined other elected officials from Cayuga County for a press conference at the Sennett Town Hall on August 1, 2013.  The press conference was held to discuss the Sennett Taxpayers Rebate Program, which Governor Cuomo signed into law. Through the program, residents and business owners in the Town of Sennett will receive a $100 rebate check, as the result of a surplus in sales tax revenue.  Senator DeFrancisco was a co-sponsor of the legislation.
