On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing regarding legislative recommendations for spousal maintaince awards.  The hearing was based on the report of the New York State Law Revision Commission, which can be found at http://www.lawrevision.state.ny.us/mas.php.  Attached is the public record of the testimony submitted for the hearing on the subject.
