July 9, 2013
Geneva- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently joined owners Bob and Donna Stivers at the grand opening of the Lake Street Filling Station Winery in Geneva. The winery is a refurbished 1922 building that at one time served as a Texaco gas station. The couple has incorporated the location's history into the winery which is expected to draw both local people and tourists to the downtown winery. The business employs several local residents and is a part of the revitalization of the City of Geneva.
