Albany - Senator Mike Nozzolio and Assemblyman Gary Finch congratulated Auburn Second Grade student Madison Lowe for having her Henri Matisse style collage selected to appear in the New York State Art Teachers Association Student Art Exhibition.  The Art Teachers Association holds the exhibition as part of its efforts to share the artistic accomplishments of young aspiring artists from across New York.  Madison traveled to Albany for the exhibition with her parents Michael and Jennifer Lowe.
