Seneca Falls- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently had the opportunity to meet Baby Blake Simmons and his parents at the St. Anthony’s Festival in Seneca Falls. “Baby Blake” was born with a rare congenital heart defect, which required a heart transplant. Since his lifesaving heart transplant, the family has been hosting blood drives and organ donation registrations and have been raising money for the Ronald McDonald House in Rochester.
