Canandaigua- Senator Mike Nozzolio and Assemblyman Brian Kolb recently attended the annual Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce dinner where they recognized Richards Sands’ contributions to the Canandaigua Community.  Senator Nozzolio recognized Richard’s magnanimous support of the community.
