Senator Stewart-Cousins joined Cardinal Dolan, the Archbishop of New York, on Wednesday, June 4th at "A Celebration of Gratitude", a ceremony to honor North Street Community Partners for donating the 317 North Street building and property, making it the permanent home for the John A. Coleman School and Children's Rehabilitation Center. The school and rehab center provide educational and therapeutic services to over 5,000 of New York's children dealing with complex medical conditions.
