On Saturday, May 3, I joined the Stop Croman Coalition, GOLES, the Cooper Square Committee, and other tenant advocates at a rally in Tompkins Square Park protesting the terrible treatment of tenants by notorious landlord Steven Croman of 9300 Realty. I have been helping numerous constituents living in Croman buildings to fight the landlord’s abusive tactics designed to force them out of their rent-regulated apartments.
