State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of participating in the Malta Avenue Elementary School Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Sept. 3rd. Part of the Ballston Spa School District, the building was recently restored and renovated. Senator Farley, pictured third from the left, was pleased to tour the building, view historical displays, and look at children’s projects.
