State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of attending a pep rally at Gloversville High School and presenting a New York State Senate Liberty Medal to teacher Charles Giglio, who was named the 2015 state Teacher of the Year by the New York State Board of Regents.
