Senator DeFrancisco Speaks During the Upstate Cancer Center Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Senator John A. DeFrancisco joined other state and local officials for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Upstate Cancer Center on July 18, 2014. Upstate Cancer Center encompasses 90,000 square feet and will occupy three of the five floors inside the new facility that adjoins Upstate University Hospital. The center features new cancer-fighting technology, a healing garden and a meditation room, plus much more.
