State Senator John A. DeFrancisco was the keynote speaker at the 60th Annual Cayuga Community College Commencement.  The ceremony was held in Spartan Hall, on the Auburn campus, Sunday, May 18, 2014.  More than 500 students graduated from the college. Senator DeFrancisco's message to the graduates was to CARE.  C is for Character, A is for an Attitude that's positive, R is for Respect and E is for Excellence.
