Lyons- Senator Mike Nozzolio and Assemblyman Bob Oaks recently joined local elected officials and members of the community at the Wayne County Nursing Home. Senator Nozzolio and Assemblyman Oaks presented a special New York State Resolution honoring Patrice Bullock for her designation as the recipient of the LeadingAge New York 2014 Long Term Care Employee of Distinction. Patrice is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Wayne County Nursing Home where she plays a vital role as a Care Coordinator and Discharge planner for the Rehab unit. The Wayne County Nursing Home also received the “Innovation of the Year” award from LeadingAge New York.
