Auburn- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently joined Senator Jim Seward, Assemblyman Bob Oaks, and Assemblyman Gary Finch at the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce legislative breakfast. Senator Nozzolio provided members with an update on some of the key issues facing the State Senate this year. Senator Nozzolio discussed his recommendation that the State use the $3.3 billion settlement from a French Bank to totally eliminate the Gap Elimination Adjustment (GEA), fund critically important road and infrastructure improvements and further reduce the tax burden on New York's overburdened taxpayers.
