This year the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, under the leadership of new President Carlo Scissura, organized a major food exposition in the former Pfizer plant in South Williamsburg. There were literally hundreds of companies offering the most amazing food, and making the most amazing contacts, and deals. I'm sure this is the first of many trade shows that will offer the delights of Brooklyn cuisine to the world!
