(Yonkers - February 28th) The Senator was the keynote speaker at the African-American Heritage Committee Black History Month Luncheon which was hosted at the Nepperhan Community Center. The honorees were Shawyn Patterson Howard and Paula Crawford. Congratulations for all of your hard work - well-deserved recognition!
