April 28^th was New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence Advocacy Day in Albany and State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) met with several area representatives to discuss legislative priorities. Included in the meeting with Senator Farley were Program Director Elizabeth Bliss from Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Service of Saratoga County (also known as Wellspring), Patty Daily and Kathy Donnellan.
