Seneca Falls- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently joined with Assemblyman Brian Kolb and Assemblyman Phil Palmesano at the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce annual dinner where they presented this year’s recipients with special New York State Resolutions that were drafted and prepared in their honor. Three Brothers Wineries and Estates received the 2014 Business of the Year award, Walter Gable received the 2014 Lifetime Achievement award, Matthew Scaglione received the 2014 Rising Star award and Bill Sigrist received the 2014 Citizen of the Year award.
