Groundbreaking Ceremony for Medical Complex

On one of the coldest days of the year, Sen. Ortt helped to break ground on a new medical complex Saturday. The state of the art facility on Porter Road in the Town of Niagara is the new home for Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare's Niagara Medical and Ambulatory Surgical Park (MAP).
