Mother of November Storm Victim Tours Senate Chambers

Sen. Ortt gives Barnette Burton a tour of the Senate Chambers after WNY Senators recognized the 13 November Storm victims. Burton is the mother of a Niagara Falls resident who froze to death in the snowstorm.
