CVR New York, the local administrator for the project-based voucher program for the Finian Sullivan Tower (1 Father Finian Sullivan Drive, Yonkers), is now accepting applications! Successful applicants who are chosen to reside in this building will be responsible for paying 30% of their income towards rent, with the remainder being subsidized by New York State Homes and Community Renewal.
