(Albany - February 8th) Senator Stewart-Cousins at the Conference of New York Mayors and Municipal Officials where she addressed mandate relief, easing tax burden, infrastructures and other issues important to local municipal officials. She was joined by (left to right) Anne Janiak, Executive Director WMOA, Rye Councilwoman Emily Hurd, Tarrytown Mayor Drew Fixell, Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach, Pleasantville Mayor Peter Scherer, Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and Assemblyman Steve Otis.
