Senator Bonacic Delivers Remarks and Helps Break Ground on Brand New Urgent Care Facility in the Town of Thompson

(Middletown, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) was pleased to join local elected officials, healthcare officials, and business leaders at a ground breaking ceremony yesterday for Catskill Regional Medical Group’s future urgent care facility in the Town of Thompson. The 11,500 square-foot facility will employ between 30-40 employees once completed, and provide an urgent care center and primary care offices. Senator Bonacic delivered remarks at the event and thanked Catskill Regional Medical Group, especially CEO and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gerard Galarneau, for their continued commitment to improving healthcare in Sullivan County. Senator Bonacic also emphasized the economic benefits of the new facility and its ability to help an underserved community.
