(Middletown, NY)-Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) presented a ceremonial pen certificate to the Wallkill Public Library today. The framed certificate commemorated legislation that Senator Bonacic sponsored, and was recently signed into law, which prevents individuals living outside of the Wallkill Public Library District to serve as Library Trustees. Senator Bonacic presented the pen certificate to Wallkill Public Library Manager Lisa Palmer.
