New York - Senator Krueger submitted testimony today to the New York City Council Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises, supporting the position that the ULURP application for 38-42 West 18th Street, known as the Adorama building, must be subject to the requirements of the Mandatory Inclusionary Housing program.
