White Plains, NY - Kirsten Gillibrand's Senior Empowerment Act will combat financial fraud perpetrated against tens of thousands of seniors by imposing stricter penalties against scammers and bringing community leaders together to increase awareness of exploitative tactics. The Senator is proud to join in this effort and will always work to protect our seniors from abuse and exploitation.
