(Albany, NY)-State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) was pleased to join hundreds of corrections officers from around New York State today at a rally hosted by the New York State Corrections Officers Police Benevolent Association (NYSCOPBA) at the Capitol. Dozens of legislators from both parties and both houses spoke at the rally. During Senator Bonacic’s, remarks he reaffirmed his commitment to the officers and assured them he would continue advocating for better working conditions, fairer contracts, and increased pay for the members.
