(Middletown, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) was pleased to meet with the new Regional Director for Region 3 at the NYS Department of Conservation (DEC) Kelly Turturro today in his Middletown district office. Prior to her appointment as Regional Director, Mrs. Turturro served as a Regional Attorney at the DEC. Senator Bonacic discussed with Mrs. Turturro local environmental issues, as well as legislative items for the remainder of session. DEC Region 3 includes the counties of; Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.
