Senator Bonacic Presents New York State Town Clerk of the Year Louisa Ingrassia with Ceremonial Proclamation

(Middletown, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) was pleased to present a ceremonial framed proclamation to Town of Wallkill Town Clerk Louisa Ingrassia, who was recently named the 2017 Town Clerk of the Year by the New York State Town Clerks Association (NYSTCA). Louisa is a lifelong resident of the Town of Wallkill and has served as the Town Clerk since 2003. She was presented the award at the annual NYSTCA conference in Saratoga this past April.
