Senator Montgomery congratulates Georgina Scott aka “Ms. Jean” on her 100th Birthday

Senator Montgomery joined the Emmanuel Baptist Church family to celebrate the 100th Birthday of Ms. Georgina Scott aka “Ms. Jean”. Senator Montgomery presented Ms. Jean with a Legislative Proclamation commemorating the milestone and honoring her work in the community.
