Senator Bonacic Meets with SUNY Chancellor Kristina Johnson

(Albany, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) met in his Albany office today with Dr. Kristina Johnson, the Chancellor the State University of New York (SUNY). Dr. Johnson joined SUNY as its 13th chancellor in September of 2017. Immediately prior to joining SUNY, Dr. Johnson was co-founder and CEO of Cube Hydro Partners, LLC, a clean-energy infrastructure company focused on building and operating hydropower plants in North America. She previously served as Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at Johns Hopkins University, and as the Dean of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. Senator Bonacic discussed with Chancellor Johnson issues related to higher education in New York, and ways they can work collaboratively in the future.
