The Legislature's fiscal committees continue a series of public hearings on Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2018-2019 proposed New York State budget on Wednesday, January 31.

The hearings will continue weekly until the middle of February.

Tuesday's Topic: Elementary and Secondary Education, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
