The Legislature's fiscal committees continue a series of public hearings on Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2018-2019 proposed New York State budget on Thursday, February 8.

The hearings will continue weekly until the middle of February.

Thursday's Topic: Taxes, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
