“I am deeply saddened by the passing of Regent Judith Johnson, who has served the children, educators and parents of Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties on the New York State Board of Regents since 2015. She was an esteemed leader who advanced educational opportunities on the local, state, and federal levels. She was also a friend, and my deepest condolences are with her family and beloved children, Pamela and Paul.”
